BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS:

PAYMENT AND TAXES:

Payment must be made in full in advance. We accept all methods of payment via Pay-Pal secured invoicing. Hawaii accomodations are subject to a maximum total tax of 13.25% consisting of State of Hawaii Transient Accomodation Tax (TAT) and General Exise Tax (GET).

CANCELLATIONS:

We have a 15 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation prior to 15 days before your arrival, your deposit will be returned to you less a cancellation fee of 10% of the entire reservation. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals, no shows within 4 days of arrival, or early departures will be charged for the full length of the reservation. Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty prior to the 15-day period. This cancellation policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.

NO SMOKING:

In compliance with Hawaii State Law, all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in your room you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee as well as be subject to state fines. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on, in, or about the Pakalana Inn. We are a Non-Smoking Facility.
